Just last Friday, at playgroup, I was telling a friend how lucky we've been in not getting sick this season. Well, all good things must come to an end. Austin woke up this morning vomitting along with a fever. So, he's home from school today. Let's hope and pray this bug he has, doesn't get ahold of Brooklyn!!! She had a rough night last night, her poor gums are so sore. She got her second tooth earlier this week, just 7 days after her first popped through. They sure are coming in fast, and close together. On a good note, she has started to eat veggies and fruits along with her cereal. She eats a fruit and cereal in the morning, and a veggie and cereal at night. She LOVES it!! She keeps her mouth open the whole time, we can't spoon it in fast enough. She has brought so much joy to our lives, we all just can't get enough of her. :)
I know everyone keeps asking me to post some pictures, but I don't know how to add pictures along with my postings. Once I figure it out, I will let everyone know. :)
Love to all! Erin and Tony

And we're off....
To officially kick off our blog, I'll just give a brief overview of what's been happening in the lives of the Fuhr fam.
The month of January has been a month of "First Times". At the beginning of the month, Brooklyn had her 4 month check up (however, she is 5 months old today) and she's right on track. She weighed 14lbs, 6.5 oz and was 24.5 inches long. We got the go ahead to start cereal, so she's been loving that! We'll be starting veggies soon, woohoo! She is doing lots of rolling over, tons of talking AND is drooling like a water fountain. Finally, with all that drool, she got her first tooth yesterday. We knew she was teething, but it sure did come fast. Austin didn't get his first tooth until he was 8 months old, so this was a shocker! Speaking of Austin, he had his first school music program this week! The program celebrated Kansas' birthday and they sang some really cute songs. He even had a speaking part, too bad the mic wasn't working right and we couldn't hear him! We were so proud of him, he was so excited to see his family there! Grandparents and all.
Tony is busy, as always! He is a project manager for CSC Construction and really enjoys what he's doing. He still calls 5 times a day to check on his girls, but I wouldn't want it any other way. He loves having a baby girl in the house, she is wrapped around his finger. Even though it's been cold, the boys are having a blast riding their quads! He is such an amazing dad, it sometimes blows me away! I'm such a lucky girl, God has blessed me in ways I never dreamed of.
Love to all and God Bless!
